Essential Functions:
- Answers/routes phone calls to appropriate department.
- Schedules patient appointments by entering/verifying/changing patient demographics or insurance coverage in the computer.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies for job position: Education: High school graduate Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in healthcare setting Knowledge:
- Scheduling
- Medical terminology, knowledge of medical procedures
- Computer experience required
Skills:
- Ability to clearly communicate, verbal & written
- Multi-tasking
- Flexible and quick learner
Completed COVID vaccination required
